We believe in "On-Time Delivery," however if we fail to deliver the requested service on time after three tries to contact us, your refund will be granted once it is shown by documentation evidence that the late delivery was caused by the company.
Our Customer Support team provides a rough estimate of how long it will take to establish a Wikipedia page for the client. However, after conducting research and analysis, we tell the client the actual time it will take to complete the project.
Refunds must be requested within 25 days of delivery. Refund requests made after the deadline will not be considered.
Customers must be aware of the claim deadline.
